TL;DR

This does not mean that any of the characters from DCTV/ARROWVERSE are unwelcome! He will simply not know them and will be from a point in which he is willing to find his own way to fight the Rising Darkness. He is open to any potential character relations or plots! Don't feel pushed out or ignored, he will be played off of anyone who is willing.
However, being based closely to the TV show and HELLBLAZER does mean a few things that will feature in his writing:
• LANGUAGE, SMOKING, SEX, ECT; While the TV-show toned it down in the first half, John Constantine is a chainsmoker and heavy drinker. Both - as well as mature language that is featured in the comics - will appear in his replies. John is also canonly a big fan of sexual acts, and thus this is open to plotting and threads if both muns feel comfortable with it. Flirting may happen naturally.
• VIOLENCE, HORROR, SENSITIVE MATERIAL; The original HELLBLAZER comics (and therefore tv show) feature adult topics, horror tropes, and deals with subjects that could be considered sensitive (child weddings, sacrifices, possession). These things will be prevalent to some degree in his tags, but, everything will be plotted or spoken to the muns in advance before delving into these topics.
• MATURE CONTENT; Both the Muse and the Mun are 30 years + in age. This means most - not all - storylines will be done in mature, adult fashion. Violence where it is needed, sexual content when called for, and handling of deeper mental and emotional issues and baggage. It'll be used when and where it is appropriate, but blaring warning signs will not be posted unless the mun feels there is a need.
